Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply each time you visit Vicq. These are the terms of service between us and users, and others who interact with Vicq, which we refer to as “Vicq Service” or “Service,” including Vicq brand, products, and services. By using or accessing Vicq Service, you agree to abide by these terms. However, for a quick overview of key points to note:
- If you are under 18, you cannot use Vicq.
- We are not responsible for any content you post or say on Vicq. While we do not monitor the content of the application, we reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate.
- If you are concerned about how Vicq uses your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
- You must not engage in any illegal, deceptive, malicious, or discriminatory behavior on Vicq.
Complete Legal Terms
Vicq is a free social application providing features such as social networking, chat, live streaming, etc. By using Vicq, you agree to use it only in a manner consistent with these terms and conditions.
These terms apply when you use Vicq, whether or not you choose to register, so please read carefully. By accessing, using, registering, or receiving services provided by Vicq (“Service”), you indicate acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms.
If you do not accept and agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application or website.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We have designed our Privacy Policy to disclose how we handle your personal data when you use Vicq and protect your privacy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy to make informed decisions.
Sharing Your Content and Information
You can post various content (“Content”) on Vicq. You own all content and information you post on Vicq, and you can control how they are shared through your “Privacy” and “App Settings.” While there are certain provisions regarding acceptable content, when using Vicq, you must not post or send any content that includes:
(1) Vulgar language or language that may be considered offensive, harassing, distressing, embarrassing, alarming, or annoying to anyone else; (2) Obscene, pornographic, or otherwise content that may undermine human dignity; (3) Content that is abusive, insulting, or threatening in nature, or promotes or encourages racism, gender discrimination, hatred, or prejudice; (4) Encouragement of any illegal activities, including but not limited to terrorism, incitement of racial hatred, malicious content, or the submission itself constituting a criminal offense; (5) Defamatory content; (6) Content related to commercial activities (including but not limited to sales, contests, and advertisements, linking to other websites, or premium phone numbers); (7) Involvement in transmitting “spam” or “junk messages”; (8) Containing any spyware, viruses, corrupt files, worms, or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers, or other devices, or interfere with the functionality of any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers, or other devices, or damage, interfere with, illegally intercept or invade any data or personal information, whether from Vicq or elsewhere; (9) Content or its publication infringing any third party’s rights (including but not limited to intellectual property and privacy rights); (10) Display of drugs or drug use; (11) Display of political content; (12) Display of another person’s content created or distributed without their consent; (13) Other content judged by Vicq to have negative content or unsuitable for distribution; or (14) Information, comments, or any other form of content about individuals under the age of 18.
(15) We always welcome feedback or other suggestions you provide to Vicq, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without compensating you (just as you are not required to provide such feedback).
Use common sense when choosing what to post or send on Vicq, as you are fully responsible for it and assume all liability.
Protecting the Rights of Others
We respect the rights of others and strive to protect the security of Vicq, and we expect you to do the same.
(1) You must not post on Vicq any content or take any action that violates or infringes upon the rights of others or violates the law.
(2) If we believe that any content or information you post on Vicq violates these terms or our policies, we may remove any content or information you post on Vicq.
(3) If we remove content you posted that infringes on others’ copyright due to an error, you may appeal.
(4) If you repeatedly infringe on others’ intellectual property rights, we may disable your account at the appropriate time.
(5) You must not use our copyrights or trademarks, or any content with confusingly similar marks, without our prior written permission.
(6) If you collect user information, you will: obtain their consent, clearly inform them (rather than Vicq) that you are the party collecting their information, and publish a privacy policy explaining the content you collect and how it is used.
(7) You must not post any user’s identity documents or sensitive financial information on Vicq.
(8) You must not tag users or send email invitations to non-users without their consent.
Registration and Account
Vicq users need a nickname, age, gender, avatar, and other optional information, and we need your help to maintain this. We offer three ways to access Vicq: Facebook, Google, and SMS. Here are some commitments you make regarding registration and maintaining the security of your account:
(1) If you are under 18, you cannot use Vicq.
(2) You must not transfer your account to anyone without our prior written permission.
(3) You must not provide any false personal information on Vicq or create an account for someone else without permission.
(4) If we disable your account, you must not post any content on Vicq except to contact our official assistant, whom we call the “Vicq Team.”
(5) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if deemed appropriate.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vicq and/or your ability to post or submit any content to Vicq, or terminate your account or any part thereof, or your account content, for any reason, without prior notice, at our sole discretion:
(1) Suspend or revoke your registration (if applicable) and your right to access and/or use Vicq or submit any content to Vicq at any time; and
(2) Take any action, including but not limited to blocking certain IP addresses, to enforce these terms (including without limitation) at any time, without notice to you or any refund of any unused fees.
If your access to Vicq and/or your profile has been or will be suspended or terminated for any reason, we will attempt (but we are not obligated) to notify you.
If you have registered on Vicq, you may terminate your registration at any time by going to “Settings” on Vicq at login and selecting the “Delete Account” link. We will retain your profile information in case you decide to restore your account later. Many users temporarily deactivate their accounts, hoping we will retain their information when they return to Vicq. Therefore, you will be able to fully restore your account and profile within 30 days of deactivating your account. Once your registration is terminated, we reserve the right to delete any relevant content you have submitted or uploaded on Vicq. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. Content uploaded by you on Vicq, except for your profile (such as Moments, comments, or contact information), may still appear on Vicq after your registration is terminated.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
In-App Purchases. Vicq may offer additional products and services for purchase through the App Store℠, Google Play, or other application platforms (“In-App Purchases”) from time to time. If you choose to make an In-App Purchase, you will be prompted to enter your account details for the mobile platform you are using (e.g., Apple, Android), and your In-App Purchase will be charged to your account in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase and the general terms applicable to In-App Purchases for your account. If you subscribe to auto-renewing periodic subscriptions through In-App Purchases, your account will be charged for the subscription in accordance with the platform terms. In all cases, please review the terms applicable to your application platform, which apply to your In-App Purchases.
What can I purchase on Vicq? Vicq offers you the opportunity to pay for certain services provided on the website. Vicq’s VIP services include various opportunities to find and meet additional people, customize your profile, and enhance your profile for more people to find you. Vicq also offers the ability to play various games on the website. All these VIP services can be purchased after you register, and you can subscribe to VIP services for different durations. Once you have paid for any VIP services, they are non-refundable. You can change your auto-recharge options at any time. Pricing may vary for various reasons, such as (but not limited to) promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and other discounts applicable to your age group.
How do I update my Vicq VIP services? Once you request Vicq VIP services, you authorize Vicq to charge you using the payment method you selected. If you want to cancel or change your payment method at any time, you can do so through the payment settings option in your profile or by contacting your mobile service provider. If the payment method you choose is through your mobile service provider, please verify their payment terms, as their payment terms will dictate the payments to Vicq and how to change or cancel such payments. Your subscription to Vicq’s VIP services will automatically renew until you decide to cancel, and if you enable auto-recharge, your account will automatically recharge until you decide to disable this feature.
Subscription Tips (1) Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends; (2) Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period and will indicate the amount of the renewal fee; (3) Users can manage subscriptions themselves: after purchase, they can turn off auto-renewal by going to their account settings; (4) It is not allowed to cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period.
Virtual Currency
(1) Vicq provides a feature that allows users to purchase virtual currency called “Vicq Coins” for use within the service (i.e., as virtual currency to “tip” other Vicq broadcasters or send gifts to your friends in chat). You acknowledge and agree that any distribution of Coins currently in your account as a virtual “tip” to other user accounts is entirely at your own discretion; you further understand that once you confirm the transfer of Coins to another user’s account, this operation cannot be undone, and the Coins cannot be withdrawn.
(2) Coins are virtual assets that can be acquired through online payments (such as credit card/debit card/bank transfer/wallet/Google Payments/iTunes Payments, etc.). The value (i.e., exchange rate) of Coins, payment methods, and the granting of Coins will be determined by Vicq based on your country/region, and Vicq further reserves the right to modify the purchase exchange rate between actual currency and virtual Coins at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and for any reason. By using the service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the current exchange rate of Coins at the time of your purchase.
(3) The use of any Coins purchased by you must be entirely in line with the legal purposes within the service and must always comply with all applicable laws. Coins may not be exchanged or used for cash, property, or other economic benefits other than the services and content designated by Vicq. The number of Coins required to receive services or content, as well as other terms related to the exchange of Coins, will be determined by Vicq and indicated on the service or platform.
(4) You understand that purchasing Coins requires actual currency and that such actual currency is obtained through legal means, without any dispute, now or in the future, associated with any criminal activity or proceeds. If you disagree with any part of this policy, or do not fully understand our exchange rate policy, or cannot guarantee the source of your actual currency, please do not purchase or use any Coins associated with the service.
(5) You understand that Vicq may change, modify, or update these terms of use or terms related to the sale of Coins from time to time, and these revised terms will apply to any subsequent purchase of Coins, and you agree to review these terms of use and any terms related to the sale of Coins before making any purchases. If you make any refund or dispute request, your ID and device will be permanently banned, and any diamonds generated by Coins will also be deducted.
Advertising/Promotions
Some Vicq services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that Vicq may display such advertisements and promotions on Vicq services or associated locations or associated with your content. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising and promotions may change from time to time without specific notice to you.
Abuse/Complaints
You can report any abuse or complaint content on Vicq. However, since we cannot monitor all content on Vicq, we need your help to make Vicq a better social experience by reporting any behavior or content that you believe violates these terms and conditions.
We always welcome feedback or other suggestions you have for Vicq, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without compensating you (just as you are not required to provide them).
Feedback
You are responsible for providing correct contact information, and you will consider any feedback you send to us through Vicq as your own opinions and suggestions and not infringe on any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You acknowledge and agree that your feedback will be used without restriction for any purpose we deem appropriate, whether commercial or otherwise, without any license or compensation to you.
Additional Notes about the Service
(1) We may from time to time test, evaluate, or modify various aspects of features, designs, interfaces, pricing, services, terms of use, content, controls, or other aspects of the service (“Testing”). You understand and agree that your participation in such Testing (“Your Service”) is your responsibility, and we shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from such Testing.
(2) You understand and agree that Vicq has the right to suspend or terminate your service (or any part thereof) or remove or disable your account (or any part thereof) or your account content from Vicq at any time, for any reason, without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for such termination.
(3) If you violate these terms or our policies, we may take action to restrict your access to the service, your account, and/or content.
(4) The laws applicable to this service will depend on where you reside. You and we both agree to submit any disputes related to this service to the courts with exclusive jurisdiction.
(5) Any part of this service that violates applicable law shall be deemed invalid without affecting the remaining parts of these terms.
(6) We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time as we deem necessary. If we make any significant changes, we will attempt to notify you by notifying you or updating the terms here. You should regularly review these terms to ensure that you understand all applicable terms.
(7) The headings in these terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these terms.
