Seal rule

Which behaviors of users will be blocked:

1.make comments about sex and politics；
2.Viciously Slander other users in Vicq APP；
3.Transfer or borrow money from other platforms；
4.Bad Behaviour about breaking fair competition,such as cheating to get reward and threatening competitor；
5.Digging anchors in Vicq app。

If our platform ensure above behaviors, or users report these bad behaviors, these users who break the rules will be immediately blocked and their accounts will be frozen after verification.
