1. Service Content
hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” refers to the membership qualifications purchased by users, allowing access to specific service content provided by the Platform. Specific service content includes but is not limited to: (1) exclusive membership privileges; (2) value-added services; (3) other services provided by the Platform.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1 During the validity period of the membership, members have the right to enjoy various membership services provided by the Platform and are obliged to comply with this agreement and the rules stipulated by the platform.
2.2 Membership services are for the personal use of the member only and may not be transferred, leased, or otherwise provided to others for use.
2.3 The Platform reserves the right to adjust the content and methods of membership services according to actual circumstances, and will notify members in advance of any adjustments.
3. Membership Fees
3.1 Membership fees are determined based on the membership package purchased by the user, and the specific fees are based on the charging standards at the time of purchase.
3.2 Payment methods for membership fees include but are not limited to online payment, third-party payment, etc. Users are required to timely pay the corresponding membership service fees as required by the Platform.
4. Membership Qualification
4.1 After purchasing the membership service, users will obtain the corresponding membership qualifications and enjoy the benefits of membership services.
4.2 The Platform reserves the right to review the membership qualifications of users based on actual circumstances, and to adjust or cancel the membership qualifications of users when necessary.
5. Service Changes and Termination
5.1 The Platform reserves the right to adjust or change the content, rules, and fees of membership services according to actual circumstances, and will notify members in advance of any adjustments or changes.
5.2 If a member violates this agreement or the platform rules, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate the membership service and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities of the member.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Members bear all risks and liabilities arising from the use of the Platform services, and the Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of the Platform services.
6.2 The Platform shall not be liable for any service interruptions, suspensions, or terminations caused by network reasons, force majeure, or other reasons beyond the control of the Platform.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
7.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties as much as possible; if consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people’s court with jurisdiction over the place where this agreement is signed.
8. Other Terms
8.1 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding membership services and is binding on both parties.
8.2 The Platform reserves the right to adjust this agreement according to actual circumstances and will update and publish it in a timely manner after adjustments. Users should regularly check the content of this agreement, and if there are any objections, they should immediately stop using the services provided by the Platform.
The user has read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above agreement and the relevant regulations of the platform.
