Automatic Renewal Agreement for VIP Subscription on Google’s Android Project
- Introduction
This Automatic Renewal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and Google’s Android project (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) regarding the automatic renewal of VIP subscriptions on the Android platform. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
- Subscription and Automatic Renewal
2.1 VIP Subscription: The Service Provider offers VIP subscription services on its Android platform, which may include exclusive content, features, and other benefits as specified by the Service Provider.
2.2 Automatic Renewal: By subscribing to the VIP services, you authorize the Service Provider to automatically renew your subscription and charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis, as set forth in this Agreement.
- Payment and Fees
3.1 Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (such as a credit card or other payment gateway supported by the Service Provider) for the automatic renewal of your VIP subscription.
3.2 Fees: The fees for VIP subscriptions and any applicable taxes or charges shall be displayed to you prior to your subscription. The Service Provider may adjust the fees at any time, and any such changes will be effective upon the next renewal period.
- Cancellation and Refund
4.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your VIP subscription and disable automatic renewal at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided by the Service Provider. Please note that cancellation may not take effect immediately, and you may continue to have access to the VIP services until the end of the current subscription period.
4.2 Refund: Unless otherwise specified by the Service Provider, refunds for VIP subscriptions are generally not available. Please refer to the Service Provider’s refund policy for more information.
- Termination
5.1 Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement and your VIP subscription at any time by cancelling your subscription as described in Section 4.1.
5.2 Termination by Service Provider: The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement and your VIP subscription at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you will lose access to the VIP services and any unused portion of your subscription will be forfeited.
- General Provisions
6.1 Amendments: The Service Provider may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the updated terms on its website or through the Android platform. Your continued use of the VIP services after the effective date of any such amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
6.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified by the Service Provider.
6.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties may seek legal relief in accordance with the governing law.
By agreeing to this Automatic Renewal Agreement, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
