Google VIP Subscription Service Agreement
Article 1: Introduction
This Google VIP Subscription Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Google”) for the provision of VIP subscription services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) through the Google platform. Please carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement before you decide to subscribe to the Services. By clicking the “Subscribe” button or otherwise indicating your acceptance of this Agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Article 2: Scope of Services
Google shall provide the User with VIP subscription services, including but not limited to exclusive content, priority access, and additional features as specified on the Google platform.
The specific scope and content of the Services may vary depending on the type of VIP subscription selected by the User. Please refer to the relevant information on the Google platform for details.
Article 3: Subscription and Payment
The User may choose to subscribe to the VIP Services by following the instructions on the Google platform.
The User shall pay the subscription fee in accordance with the pricing and payment methods specified on the Google platform. The User is responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
Once the subscription fee has been successfully paid, the User shall enjoy the VIP Services for the duration specified in the subscription plan.
Article 4: Rights and Obligations of the User
The User shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and shall not use the VIP Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
The User shall provide accurate and complete information when subscribing to the VIP Services, and shall promptly update any changes to such information.
The User shall not share, transfer, or sell their VIP subscription to any third party.
The User shall promptly notify Google if they discover any unauthorized use of their VIP subscription.
Article 5: Rights and Obligations of Google
Google shall provide the VIP Services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Google shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the stability and security of the VIP Services, but shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors beyond its control.
Google reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Services at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Article 6: Termination and Refund
The User may terminate their VIP subscription at any time by following the instructions on the Google platform. Upon termination, the User shall no longer enjoy the VIP Services.
Google may terminate the User’s VIP subscription if the User violates any term of this Agreement. In such cases, Google shall not be obligated to provide any refund or compensation to the User.
Refund requests for VIP subscriptions are subject to the refund policy specified on the Google platform. Please refer to the relevant information for details.
Article 7: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Google shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the VIP Services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Google’s total liability to the User for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the VIP Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.
Article 8: Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If the negotiation fails, the parties may submit the dispute to the court having jurisdiction over the matter.
Article 9: General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the VIP Services and supersedes any previous agreements or understandings between them.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
Google may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Google platform. The revised version shall become effective upon posting. It is the User’s responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for changes.
